    Shipping & returns

    All purchases from aldaham Watches can be returned within a 14-days trial period, from the first day of, without stating a reason.

    All items returned within the 14-days trial period must be in the same condition in which they were received. The returned products will be carefully examined, as they must be unworn and in their original packaging- containing all accessories of the packaging.

    We kindly ask you to contact customer.care@aldaham.com with your order number. Please note that return costs will apply, if you wish to return the products back to us within 14 days. Once we have received it, we will process your return and complete your refund or replacement within 7 business days.

    How do I exchange an item?
    We can only accept the exchange if the item you are returning is unused and in new condition. You will be responsible for the returning cost. For additional questions, email us at customer.care@aldaham.com and we’ll help you out.


    Product Warranty

    We offer a (  ) warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the most common production- and material defects. The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

    – The product has been damaged due to carelessness or improper use (such as dropping or scratching) by the buyer.

    – Damages caused by repairs or adjustments carried out by a third party without prior consent from Aldaham.

    – The rupture or damages caused by water or fire (contact with water should be avoided).

    – External changes caused by normal use of the product, such as coloring of the leather straps, scratches on case or glass of the watch etc.

    – Replacement of battery, also not if the battery needs replacement during the warranty period.

    How can I claim the warranty?

    If you believe the damage or defect is covered by the warranty, please send an email to our customer support at customer.care@aldaham.comwith a description and photos of the problem. If the problem is covered by the warranty, customer support will send you a warranty return from which you can fill in together with instructions on how and where to return the watch.

    As soon as we receive the watch, it will be carefully inspected by our specialized team and they will keep you informed per email to let you know whether or not the defect or damage is covered by the warranty. If so, the defect part will be either repaired or replaced and the return costs will be refunded to you.
